Just come down the dale from Aysgarth, jezzus, thunder,lightning, heavy rain and hail, all the roads around Layburn were just rivers, had to stop for 10min or so as was impossible to see where you were going.

almost a drying day yesterday only a few spots, none of the forecast rain overnight ,might as well have been,dank, thick low wet cloud, no wind. The dog has come back in wet through from chasing the cat around the bushes/garden in less than a minute at least shes happy and thinks job well done, whilst im mopping the floor. Nice morning on holiday, rained a load yesterday. Dad said we caught a couple of downpours yesterday and a bit of rain this morning.
Wombat you now need to ring dad back up, this morning its pissing it down on the coast no combining this week now. ffs not started owt yet
