Foam filling tyres

I’d like to get some of our drill tyres foam filled, but the local place wants £75 each, which for 12 tyres becomes quite pricey. Is it possible to DIY?

They become really heavy when foam filled and put a lot more stress on running gear. We have gone from foam filling hay making equipment tyres to using Air Seal products heavy duty sealant. It’s like OKO and works brilliantly. Use it in forklifts too and never had to call the tyre fitter out. It can also be reused when you change tyres.

As above. Air Seal Products.

DIY liquid in a drum you pump into the tyre.

Stops 90% of punctures. One of the first things we did with our drill.

Where do you get it from, can only see it on amazon for £300

How much would I need to do all the tyres on sprinter 6m?

One tub should do it.

I think it’s 12oz per tyre, one and a half pumps. If I remember right there’s 80 pumps in a drum.....or it might be 40! Either way, a drum should do it.
