If you have a password to log onto the Arla website then it's all on there, click on the farm matters tab at the bottom then supporting documents.

If you've never used the website or lost password then I can send it to you if you give me an email address.

Click Policies and guidelines
Click Arlagarden supporting documents.
Click T2a (selective dry cow therapy) form.
Click send buffalo an e-pint.
