Sick of wood it dosent last so made some concrete gate posts.
The rubbers in bits. I’ll give that a go first and see how it goes. ThanksThe fronts main mounts probably arnt gone it's the spacers above the mounts that squeak(use some rubber cow mat and some 32mm alkathene to replace unless you go to agco with a big pot of vaseline)
Can't you buy them? Concrete posts have been pretty much standard here for decades and every agricultural supplier stocks them.Sick of wood it dosent last so made some concrete gate posts. View attachment 870116
I’ve never seen any in merchants here ? Never even seen any used , I did enquire with a company that make them but the haulage killed it, they cost me very little to make I have my own aggregate and was just a little experiment to be honest , maybe I should become a stockist in this area as wood is soCan't you buy them? The troughs are Moore and I need more I maybe ask the merchant if they can get me a few o them as well ! Cheers , got to be better than wood , I did a lot of fencing about 7 years ago soul destroying to see posts rotted off ground level I’m so cross about it I won’t buy wood fencing no more .We use these
but the haulage would make them expensive for you unless they were being added to an existing delivery for your area.Concrete Gate Posts | Concrete Specialists | Moore Concrete

I had to replace the right front rubber on my 7495 as it had disintegrated ,managed to change it without taking cab mount off tractor then removed 31,41,42 & 44 then cut a plate out the same size as 21 and tack welded it to 43 , painted it and rebuilt it all and modified the other side as well, luckily the large round mount was ok as that would involve removing fuel tank,is is now silent with no creaks. one of the lads at the local dealer told me that that is how they sometimes mod themView attachment 870126 41 is rubber mat and 44 is where you need the pipe
I have a 6499 with cab suspension when on really rough ground it makes a tapping noise at the front left.i cant find anything looked like it might be the spacers 44 need looking atView attachment 870126 41 is rubber mat and 44 is where you need the pipe

Buying on a Small scale is difficult. We buy from Koppert. For peach aphid on a several trees, soapy water, or even just a hose of water, but get on with it before you lose next years wood. Sow mixed flowers at the tree base, and next year you’ll have all the predators you need.
I recently visited a large organic producer near Perpignan who grew band of flowers along the tree rows, very pretty, and clean trees. Sometimes hippy sh!t works !
