Calved ok ! They calve like deers you have a job to spot em calving most of time there that quick and coy and there up and sucking, its just catching em and tagging em thats the job .....Have to get them calved ok first

Trade looks to have taken a lift to a new level with prices way beyond expectations, leaving lots of smiling producers. No less than 12 cattle selling for prices above 290ppk with a top of 300.5ppk for a Charolais X heifer from TG & EV Warriner, Pickering purchased by J & B Fitton, Oldham. 30 cattle made between 280ppk – 289ppk, 26 from 270ppk – 279ppk, 14 260ppk – 269ppk, 16 250ppk – 259ppk and 14 240ppk – 249ppk, only 36 selling for less than 240ppk. 148 clean cattle averaged an astonishing 260.65ppk or £1515.08 per head.

What's happening at Darlo, according to AHDB there were only 291 hoggs in today with an SQQ of 289p. Kirkby had 2300 on Tuesday with an SQQ of 299. They used to have similar numbers most weeks
