Better now without the flood of subsidised EU productIt's not great, is it.

It was home grown Irish horse with a few British ones blended in for good measure.I suppose horse labeled as beef is an urban myth as well
I disagree. Farmers are having to invest more to get bigger, work harder and produce more to make the same living.Good
I think the lack of traceability was a big problem for the bunny brigade. The horse could have trotted to chernobyl and back and no one would know a thing!Horse meat is eaten widely in Europe nothing wrong with it except the cuddly bunny brigade don't happen like it.
Lack of traceability ffs , it was fraud on a giant scale .I think the lack of traceability was a big problem for the bunny brigade. The horse could have trotted to chernobyl and back and no one would know a thing!
Well I guess it was a better explanation than your bunny boilers kicking up fuss ffs.Lack of traceability ffs , it was fraud on a giant scale .
Highlight that quote pleaseWell I guess it was a better explanation than your bunny boilers kicking up fuss ffs.
Dont know? All I've ever known....So far fewer people living on the land? Is that good or bad?
As I keep saying. Why would everyone get the same deal? And you do NOT have to do a deal with all and asunder..... Australia only has 6 fta's currently. All different. All negotiated on their own merits. Your just scaremongering. .Except that you are talking about South America that will soon be able to offload direct to the UK without going through Ireland at a large discount….. that 20% you are talking about plus.
Assuming of course, and I think it's a fair assumption, that in the next 24 months China will slow down its imports and the world price of beef falls well below UK price so that they can ship it here after paying their export tax and still substantially undercut UK producers.
All based on the fact that IF Australia gets that unfettered access with no restrictions, everyone else will have to have the same access to our markets on the same terms.
The same as when we were in the eu or have you forgotten about pig crates and chicken cages,we have always been easy targets for food that is not produced to our standardsBecause I'm not sure that when people voted to "take back control" they expected to have their market flooded in a free trade free for all. So now is the time to remind said politicians what they promised and hold them to it. Once one country gets free access on agricultural products it will become a part of every deal we strike. How vulnerable is your business to this threat?
Because the UK is desperate. Which is the only reason Australia is insisting on this deal and the UK is likely to give it.As I keep saying. Why would everyone get the same deal? And you do NOT have to do a deal with all and asunder..... Australia only has 6 fta's currently. All different. All negotiated on their own merits. Your just scaremongering. .
No we are notBecause the UK is desperate.
This could be a golden opportunity to set the bar high. Only let in what is of an equal high standard, scrap subsidies. Everyone's happyThe same as when we were in the eu or have you forgotten about pig crates and chicken cages,we have always been easy targets for food that is not produced to our standards
All together now….. Oh yes we are!No we are not
Well sh!t, no one says you have to do a deal with the whole world now do they....
Oh no where not ..... . Imagine the alternatives , Jeremy corybn pm ! Urgh !All together now….. Oh yes we are!
Europe is paying more for containers now as they are scarce or in the wrong place. Apparently its one of the reasons we're struggling to get containers in and product out. Ships would rather run back and to to Europe/UK than come down here.
P
Prices are not high
If wheat was £500 and osr £1000 i would say that was still not high but where it should be.
