Usual Farage bollix.

Not illegal to sell anything in imperial measures as long as the packaging shows the metric measure.

Most of the milk retailed in the UK is sold in 1 pint, 2 pint or 4 pint or 6 pint polybottles.

Shevington Farm was very proud of their prize winning roosters and owner Steve went to great lengths to improve their genetics.
He kept records and any rooster not performing went into the soup pot. In an effort to streamline the selection process Steve bought some tiny bells and attached them to his roosters. Each bell had a different tone so he could tell, from a distance, which rooster was performing. He could now sit on his porch and keep score just by listening to the bells.
Steve's favourite rooster, 🐔 Charles, was always the most rung bell until one day that particular tone fell silent.
Filled with trepidation Steve went to investigate. All the roosters were busy chasing pullets, bells a ringing, but the pullets, hearing the roosters coming would run for cover.
That is, all roosters, except for Charles who had put his bell in his beak so it couldn't ring. He would sneak up on a pullet, do his job, and then on to the next one.
Steve was so proud of Charles that he entered him in the Auckland A & P Show and he became an overnight sensation. The judges thought so highly of Charles that not only did they award him the "No Bell Piece Prize" but the "Pulletsurprise" award as well!
Clearly Charles was a politician in the making. Who else but a politician could figure out how to win two of the most coveted awards on the planet by being the best at sneaking up on the unsuspecting populace and screwing them when they aren't paying attention.
Vote very carefully in this election..... you can't always hear the bells.

Heard a story of a little girl who had been “helping” a bunch of builders to build a house extension. The girls mum decided it would be a good time to open her a proper grown up bank account.

At the bank, the cashier made a fuss of the girl and asked if she would be doing any more work and paying a wage in each week?

The little girl replied “I don’t know, it depends if we get any more f**king bricks delivered.”
