Was flying at CD this morning. I've been happy enough with all the ones I've sold but would say it's still getting stronger.

Texels £87 and cheviots £77, all 32 to 36 kgs but probably average nearer 33.

I probably should have had some over but the LR is away for service and MOT this morning. Can see them just getting dearer over the next 2-3 weeks

I'll have another trailer load in a fortnight. Would send more but need to keep plenty to eat a field of kale/rape. Was texels at £106 today so buyers must have confidence in the fat price staying up!

i've put tups in today, its soon come round that as  be eating turkey before ya know it at this rate, anyone else got theres out yet, i know nithy as

The pure Texels were covered on Friday and yesterday 😬

Beltexes have been out just over 3 weeks - first fortnight to work as teasers. They tupped 2 in that time but have covered 45 (out of the 60) in the last 10 days.
Beltexes coming off and putting a spare Lleyn in this this group a week tomorrow for the 2nd turn to see if there's any returns.

Texels going to the inbye ewes middle of this week. Undecided when I'm putting the Lleyn, Cheviot and Chindale tups out yet but probably go with 25th.
And I'm undecided how long to wait to put the Beltexes in with the ewe lambs

It has came round scarily quick
