Finished shearing at a mates last week. Welsh ewes…I don’t need stronger, too many thatchers brings out the demons
His wife came out with lager bottles or Thatchers cans. Nearly vacuumed the can in on itself. Christ it was good.

A lad I know would start the day on T1, by the end of the day it was T3, occasionally T4.
We kept telling him he’d end up diabetic! Not started yet!

Well I’ve never combined corn. So I think we should call a draw, you’re definitely not missing anything and I don’t think I am.
I like that they stop.. I wouldn’t mind them stopping more tbf
I can’t be doing with folk rushing to get too the next job making a hash of it…they generally stop every 10 sheep for a chat but after about 70 it was generator off and a brew…sitting in a combine is the best job in the world , the climax of a years planing i luv it!Well I’ve never combined corn. 10 sheep change the cutter as well maybe. 2-3 hours is plenty to be bent over sheep in one go I don't blame them.I like that they stop.. I wouldn’t mind them stopping more tbf
Normally likes a chat when either changing a cutter or cleaning there combs… he says he doesn’t really want a shearing round he only started doing it too do there own and people kept ringing him up so he just goes too places he likes
