Any predictions on cull ewes on monday. Hopefully less about will keep them ok? Iirc some sales were up after the festival last year? Kepak stand on 6.25 lambs.
Fine line between people panicking because of drought, thousands will be making hay and others weaning etc. I’ve got 250-300 to go, 200 waiting imminently. Trying to find a home but otherwise I’ll put 40-80 into the mart each week and try and find a level with the tide 🤷🏻‍♂️

B4stards!!! Used to have the same when I was in Warks. All headlands chopped when combining and straw was only baled if it was fit that day and could also be moved! I remember being behind a small village and they were trying to light the straw swath behind the combine as soon as I’d turned around and was heading away from them. Silage bales would be sliced if left out and all machinery would be torched too. The rest of the area was lovely but the local youvs and often their parents too were complete cactuses.

My old man had a field that backed into a council estate, fortunately it was very well fenced with security fence when they built it apart from 1 corner where they used to come through and light fires so every harvest my fad would take 3 tanker load of sh!t and back up to the fence and let it go as soon as the headland was combine, that stopped them 😂
