And i thought it would be moving towards a fiver..inside its nearer 4 quid...oh dear...at least my store lambs wont cost as much
Lambs today deadweight 5.15 but possible 5.30 kilo.

South Molton up about 19ppk on the week to average about 249ppk, on that trade deadweight needs to be £5.50 to be = liveweight

And everyman and his dog is on combining/ straw/ drilling crops so unlikely the prime markets will be flooded next week even thou the price is on the up again!

Store lambs will not be any cheaper than they are now give a fiver perhaps, no end of people waiting for the rain before buying lambs and once that rain comes every sheep farmer and his dog that wants stores will be bidding away for them!

Beef deadweight is pretty much stand on, no reason for it to drop much if anymore from current levels.
