Driver of the car was ok it seems.
Did anyone watch the next video with the Sheriff? If only we had police like that.
Think this is a link to it. Bit long but worth it.

That sherrif is talking far too much sense, it's just a matter of time before the blue haired, offended masses whip up a social media storm and have him cancelled.

#BLM.

Don’t the full facts need to be known before he’s hung drawn and quartered on here ??
Has something gone wrong steering brakes a multiple of things maybe operator probably feels bad enough already
Hung drawn and quartered? This happened 5 years ago and he has been tried, convicted and sentenced.

I think d William was referring to the tractor driver. I’ve posted the truck because accidents can happen to anyone who is in control of a motor vehicle .I know it was from five years ago. It does not matter what license you hold accidents will still happen.

Accidents will certainly happen, but to return to the maize job, these accidents are happening on an all too freequent basis and disproportionate to other types of ag haulage.

From this you must conclude that these trailers are not fit for purpose - they're top heavy and in the hands of the inexperienced become dangerous.
What are Bailey Trailers (other makes are available, but most round here are Bailey) doing about it, if anything??
Or are the just happy to keep churning out more unfit for purpose kit to replace all that that keeps getting smashed up?

Fell asleep I expect.
At first viewing, it would appear the driver is not asleep as he swerves to miss the first car. However, just before the impact it appears he is slumped to his right with his head back. so, asleep is the likely cause. We will no doubt have to wait for some considerable time to find out exactly what was the cause.

They are fit for purpose you can’t blame the trailer manufactures for operator errors that’s like blaming Ford everytime a focus crashes

As you can probably imagine, more than likely that was the tractors fault, disillusioned at being painted Case red... 🤔😉
You're right though, shouldn't cast espersions, could be any of one of us next time. If nothing else if it makes you consider your own actions (and risk taking!!) next time when driving, then putting it up has to be worthwhile.

after seeing said tractor a couple of days before with young gent driving would the only thing that could have hit some thing else earlier that was stronger than the tractor , mrs and daughter will be going on that road tomorrow , there was tips over trailers at the side of road further along just abandoned last week , they nearly tip them over when leaving garages they stop at for red bull
