I can remember going to a market in Canada many moons ago and been told in no uncertain terms in a strong accent that he was going to buy the whole co6k sucking lot when there was probably a 100 or more in a pen and I innocently asked was he after a few of them

Interesting your all saying this, folk in my village saying it.....but we definitely have more grass this year than most years, we must be very short some years !
Ive known many a worse spring, since it dried up a bit anyways.
And here, had no grass at all this time last year, plenty atm.
