I cannot do a full setup, but could make you up a lightbar setup like this:

Could pre install and configure it, so just plug it in and you have a light bar out the box.

If you want to autosteer then you only need to add a wheel angle sensor and steering motor and mount like these:

To make the above you just need someone with a 3D printer and to buy these:

Thanks Andy.
So are all the items in your post, everything that is needed?
Would this be able to tell how many acres have been cut, the size of a field etc…? We are doing contract work and being told that they need x amount done but I only have their word that they are the size stated.
What would the cost be for your set up?
Thanks again.

So my top picture is everything for a lighbar setup, this will map out fields, show coverage, the area of the field, area covered, area left.

I think you'd be close enough to one of these RTK base stations to get a free RTK correction as well:

I will PM you a price for a lightbar setup.

Hi Andy,
Would this system have the same functionality as the FieldBee set up?
I have attached a screenshot of its offerings.

Will get some pics of the mount.

Its not that big, its an AIO PCB autosteer ready, so has Teensy processor, Cytron motor controller, IMU Gyroscope, spare socket for dual RTK receiver etc...

If you just want a basic lightbar with no IMU/autosteer, then the case would be like the one pictured to the left of the AIO Box:

I notice there are differences in the panasonic tough books. Pz or cf. Anyone have a preference or what the advantages over one or the other?

CF-D1 have large screens and are usually well equipped with Ethernet and USB ports, this was important when much of AgOpenGPS used multiple USB ports, but Ethernet is the preferred system now, so a single Ethernet and USB is all you need.
Disadvantage of CF-D1 is they are to big for most mount/brackets, pretty much only a RAM Tough-tray which are expensive.

FZ-G1 are smaller, ipad size, fit into most aftermarket tablet mounts, but you have to be careful to find one with Ethernet, not all have them.

Both are brilliant highgrade tablets designed for work environments and very affordable.

It's ground drive
I thought about putting butterfly valves in the vacuum lines, I think I could do it for about £80 per section using the AliExpress exhaust valves that chavs put on their cars. But that would lead to seed wastage and long delays when starting the row

Is it chain drive? you can readily buy electric or air clutches off planters in the US.

I've been trying to figure a way of doing it on mine but its shaft drive so not as easy

It's driven through a hex shaft, clutches do exist but £££
I think the best option is to DIY something like the agleader surevac, which cuts the vacuum as the disc passes over the singulator.
I probably won't do it on this drill, thinking about changing it, as it doesn't quite work as well as I had hoped in strip till situations.

A few pictures of my install so far. It's not completely finished but it works.
Struggled with the motor mount on a new holland. Ended up pulling the steering wheel off and the plastic trim and found some decent fixing points. The phidgets motor bracket that is the popular choice just didn't fit properly and was big and bulky. A pipe clamp around the steering column and around the phidgets motor with some plate half mooned welded to each. Easy to adjust the height on both to get them lined up easily. Drilled 1 hole in both plates at the furthest point from the motor so the motor sits agains the gear by its own weight and is free to float if needed.
When not using the autosteer for long periods or road use can undo the steering column height adjuster and lift steering wheel clear of the motor.
Fitted the autosteer switch next to the most used spool valve lever.
Standard aio pcb fits snug besides the seat

Couple bits left to tidy, but my AIO box fits where the Trimble nav controller goes. Case 230CVX. Driving through the factory 6/2 steer valve, and working very nicely. Could do with a better mount for the wheel angle sensor, so that's on the to-do list.

Pretty sure I can improve on the steering, but within minutes...
.. Good enough for the potato crowd, aye? ;)
