They make upto 500g, not sure of length.
Recently got some slats from Wolfenden, they had a lorry coming to Granant to collect troughs as they sell them.
Looking at their prices, I expect the Granant ones would be more expensive?

Locally Wynnstay sell Moore, couldn’t come close to the price of Granant, but obviously we’re very close to the works.Looking at their prices, I expect the Granant ones would be more expensive?

I will say the quality of Granant products is absolutely superb, plus they come with two large drain holes.

Really like these troughs if only drinking from one side
Raised bottom, fast empty, high flow
Yes fibresNo fibres in them?
We’ve been conventional historically, moved to sexed this year after a trip to America and discussions on where we want the herd to be
Not hugely cheaper with Viking, coopex set the price sadly so think hands are tied with most companies.
I used pactole and sanmarco this year

Production, consistency and bull availability. What made you go for Monty instead of the fleck?
What made you go for Monty instead of the fleck?
We’re 10 years breeding monty now although we haven’t gone full procross all the same but have found them to be an excellent breed for us
On the other side of the coin. We have tried most breeds before realising the NZers knew what they talking about when it came to grazing cows. The Montys we by far the worse breed we tried. Terrible attitude confirmation and proteins.I bought a herd of 70 with one cross of Monty on them, been the best cows I’ve had.
Just go back and forward depending on what the cows sired onDo you go back to the hols, or pure money all the time?
