Looking at their prices, I expect the Granant ones would be more expensive?
Locally Wynnstay sell Moore, couldn’t come close to the price of Granant, but obviously we’re very close to the works.
I will say the quality of Granant products is absolutely superb, plus they come with two large drain holes.

What made you go for Monty instead of the fleck?
Production, consistency and bull availability.

We’ve used fleckvieh as a starting point to breed our own when we went from flying herd so if it went Pete tong they can go as Simmental. The good ones were excellent the poor ones got fat and lazy. Find they come down the curve very quickly at times. We’re two years into Monty now I think so too early to tell.

Take above with a pinch of salt because obviously coopex sell monties

Been looking at one of these, fields are pretty rough to walk on from grazing hard, there all in a 8-10 year reseed program anyway but inbetween feel they would benefit from a spring roll. Id also like to overseed some grass and maybe herbs in the odd paddock too. is this the machine for me? needs to be 6 metre theres 1500 acres to cover
