A question for Ollybloggs Oliver Harrison

Olly has went public on his views on farmers protests etc on Instagram and they've not went down very well.
What did he say about the protests?

What has made Olly look bad ( rightly or wrongly ) is the fact he said he was going to run for the top NFU jobs but then at the last minute back tracked on that and did not put his name up, by saying he was going to stand it will have no doubt put off other less well known people from putting their own names forward as they would have thought they would not have had a chance to get elected against someone who is very well known and popular like Olly.

And now the NFU is getting a new president by default as no one is standing against him for the role.

He just said he doesn't think protests are a good idea.

Nothing controversial or anything can really disagree with.

The problem he has thou being that he is high up in the NFU that whilst he said protests are not the answer he did not come back with a credible way/answer of changing the current situation ref farmers anger/feelings that farmers views are being ignored over red tape/ red tractor/ imports of food produced using chemicals etc banned in the UK etc etc.

Because here the union runs the farmers, in mainland Europe the farmers run the union.
Need to change that then ,dont we.
Just hope the BFU is strong enough to stand up to
Contact Ministry and let them know of the change, now 2 unions representing farmers, 1 for real practical producing farmers with dirt on their hands, the other with the supermarkets wearing gilets
NO jest , just do it!!!
