Had a boy phone me up this afternoon because he had heard I was looking for a shepherd. Had a bit of a blether before he then launched into a rant about how both his current and previous bosses (both of whom I know fairly well) were complete strokers who know nothing about sheep farming and would be far better just keeping our the way and letting him get on with it.. talked himself out of a job fairly sharpish.
