Think it’s called a schistazome or something like that, had one via a Caesarian from a heifer and it came out with a beating heart on the outside, was very disturbing. We had one last spring. Something like this? View attachment 1171269

End of July after winter barleyWhen was that drilled?
I read something on Facebook the other day saying to remember that the clocks go forward an hour on the 31st, which would mean we would lose an hour of rain.is that large yellow thing in the sky transferable. No real let up here. Cows out by day but not happy about it. Growth looks really poor. Everytime I go to check it pisses it down
At the moment they really aren’t far wrong we’d a dry week at the start of March ground was starting to get into shape but it has rained every day sinceI read something on Facebook the other day saying to remember that the clocks go forward an hour on the 31st, which would mean we would lose an hour of rain.
Had some bales for the dry cows delivered by a farmer 5 miles from here. He’s been recording the rainfall for the 28 years he’s been on his farm. Last year was the wettest, 96”, 50%+ more than average, there was 16” in December!I read something on Facebook the other day saying to remember that the clocks go forward an hour on the 31st, which would mean we would lose an hour of rain.
Yeah we call them inside out calves. Concerning when you go to the calving paddock and see guys hanging out the back of a cowThink it’s called a schistazome or something like that, had one via a Caesarian from a heifer and it came out with a beating heart on the outside, was very disturbing.
My attempt. Down autumn 2021.Tomorrow's feed. Was a decent chunk of plantain in this. All gone now. Rye grass and some clover remain. Will stitch some more herbs in this year for sam3.
Need this weather to settle. Plenty to go at. View attachment 1171147
Be massive by ChristmasIs that a goose?!? I'm terrified of geese!!
You must be a vampireHad to laugh at our newish Cotswold Wash Station this morning .
I went to use it with hands already plastered with Swarfega and oil and it refused to work when I offered my hands up to the sensor .
Cue lots of swearing as it didnt matter how close or what direction I moved hands in front of the sensor window , it wasnt having it!!!! Cut power ,then retried but no!
So in comes the wife ,wanting to know what cussin is about , puts her hand in front and off it goes
But as much as I try ,it wont work for me !!!! She tries again ,and it strikes up !!
Is it me? I recall our parlour man trying to make it work when he did the plumbing and it would only work for me on that day
But it doesnt want to today !!
Discrimination??
The other funny thing ,is the tanker driver frequently sets it going when he walks past in his hi Viz waistcoat , bloody thing

I just did a test run on it - if I put my rubber gloves on , (and 99% of the time wash my gloved hands ) ,it works every time - if I take them off and try and use my gloveless handies - it just won't????? I am not kidding - its a conspiracyIt’s got a special sensor on it that prevents it performing non dairy work!
