We often have them like that we call it recreational sexView attachment 1171749
Found this bonus calf in the cubicles on Saturday. Due to start Tuesday/Wednesday this week so not ridiculously early. The bonus part comes because I thought the cow had lost her calf - she acted like she was bulling during the winter (2 months post scanning) so I got the vet to PD her when we were blood testing four weeks ago and he reckoned he couldn't feel anything
That sounds nice. Can humans do that too?We often have them like that we call it recreational sex
I got muck out yesterday.Dry here , fert going on and hopefully shed getting mucked out

No, no, no. If you don't put it (urea) all on in March, it'll disappear into the air.Yesterday was tempting to put some fert on but still had the feeling it was cold enough and wet enough. Today we are back to cold rain so maybe better not on. March fertiliser here has a 50/50 success rate usual protocol lately has been to put it on in April but a couple of years we missed the rain doing that so it didn’t get washed in for a few weeks. If you can believe that
We are filling a shed full of cows and calves that was destined for stores. There’s a few stores in with them we intended putting more in but that’s out the window. We still haven’t been dry enough to get any fert on I would say September was the last time we could travelNo, no, no. If you don't put it (urea) all on in March, it'll disappear into the air.
Went over the wheat for 1st time yesterday. Barley and silage ground had a fortnight ago. Nowt on grazing. Looks hungry, but always shoots away by the time it's fit to carry cattle. Not uncommon to get a few out in March. Mid April?
