Night shift for me tonight we have a system of one night on one night off hitting around the 3 week mark feels like being separated or divorced or something

Being a one man band means I'm day shift and night shift
Mrs YB is a terribly light sleeper (if I wake her up, she'll not be able to go back to sleep for the rest of the night, and will have the light on and be reading and doing stuff on her phone
)So, in lambing time, I bunk down in the spare room so I can come and go as I please, without any associated earache - it's just easier all round

fill the troughs up once every 2 days and just throw straw in daily as we check them Is that the stuff advertised in FG ?Midlands feeds? Do you feed hoggs on it as well ?

No, Carrs. I have tried midland feeds, but didn’t like that it’s mostly dust and filler. Be alright for Youngstock if feeding a bit of nice silage with it I thought.

She used to do her fair share but had a couple of mini strokes a couple of years ago.
That's why we cut down on numbers, so she didn't have to do so much.
I couldn't risk her having a 'big' one - FFS, I haven't a clue what any of the machinery in the kitchen is for, let alone how any of it works
Sounds fairly competitive that price from Carrs if good stuff.
