Anyone got one, what are they like compared with timber on a back door with muddy dogs etc etc.Look very shinny and strong in showrooms but do they last or lose their colour over the years, they seem very pricey are they worth it, Thanks
Sold 2 loads chip quality timber into Kronaspan Chirk end of summer £75 ton roadside, only a few miles away. They tell me that there is 1500 ton timber going in every day plus sawdust etc, never understand where all the timber comes from to keep these huge mills operating,in such a tiny country.
Would there be any savings in making a old style Dutch barn building than a portal frame shed. With the sky high cost of steel, the amount of weight in a curved truss is nothing compared with a portal frame or do they only work on a very narrow span.Just curious looking at a new 45'span building...
Had a developer who applied in there name for a 2mw scheme,6years ago which was never built. Is there a time limit on the grid connection agreement on a unbuilt site,or are they permanent.
