Seed rate was 40000/acre, and the variety was Glory which I assume is a hybrid. Very pleased with the crop, if we'd had our own header for our combine we would have probably left it a bit longer to dry down a bit more.

We had exactly same problem with a 6930 when hot would not start so we took ecu off and put it in fridge to cool put it back on and it would start, we ended up putting a new ecu on.

I think 724s are 240 on the Pto can do 8-10k on ploughing we're on the flat no banks with 150mm Coulter width. In autumn 2017 we were drilling in some awful conditions and didn't have a problem with dragging soil.

Fendt 724 is a good match

We had demo of 4m lemken drill on our JD 7530 and found that it would only lift drill to 94% empty! We decided it was too heavy for the Tractor so waited till we upgraded tractor. Drill now on Fendt 724 with lynx front press.

In 2012 we had contractor to direct drill Spring Barley into some very thin Wheat [we couldn't find any Spring Wheat] cross rolled it came really well and we milled grain for home feed.
