Floatation Tyres

We Converted a 14t tipping trailer from super singles to 550 /45- 22.5. These new tyres have only lasted 2 years as the side walls have started to bubble, we contacted our retailer who then sent a representative from the wholesaler who has said we have overloaded, driven to fast, under inflated and to cap it all said that last year's hot Weather has caused overheating! I asked rep where they were manufactured which turned out to be either Israel or India, so in My opinion should be able to cope with our summer weather. This is a farm trailer hauling muck around a five mile radius of our farm. We also have a neighbouring contractor who converted all his silage trailers he bought 16 new tyres at the same time as us, 12 of one brand and the other 4 were the same brand as ours, 3 of his 4 have the same fault as our tyre don't really want to name brands at the moment but has anyone else had problems with this size of floatation tyres?

Had some on a bale trailer called super kings which all went porous and have now got tubes in,also got some cross ply bkt’s which had bulges appear and some blew out while stood in shed.Changeing them over to 560/45 22.5 radials as and when funds allow, increasing the pressures to 50 psi helps.

550s seem to be crap and most seem to be crossplys, my mate who had no end of trouble on a 14t Stewart silage trailer went over to the 560/45r22.5 nokian country kings and hasn't looked back, one of the few in 45 profile that will stick the work

Playing devils advocate:
Have you checked the laden weight on a weigh bridge?
Have you checked the axle weight against the manufacturers published pressure and speed charts?
Have you set and maintained the correct pressures for the weight and maximum speed?
