Yeah we are a bit like that ourselves as we did milking goats, beef cattle and cerey so every year would balance out, but we're having to cut and change things just as the work load is growing 🙂 sounds like a decent thing you've got going there 👍
I see what you mean. The cereal and the maize are two different parts so we grow maize only for our selves to feed the cattle and the goats, so as it is struggling we're deciding whether or not to continue with it.
