It did not matter how much money you threw at it, they were always going to be banned, full stop.
The government, via CRD, sets the re-registration fees.

Why does everybody think it was the big companies that banned CTL? It was and is countries health and safety authorities that deem actives no longer safe for use, nothing to do with the big companies. They try to carry out new studies to meet the new regulation requirements but certain things...
You only reduce the resistance risk if you provide effective control to support other actives. Prothio has had its day in winter wheat, but still core in barley.
