What options are people going with on winter barley that did not get a herbicide in autumn? Thinking of going with Tower but will it do much?

What is the coldest temperature you guys would chance CCC at ? Iv CCC to go out on WO and WW but the night temperatures are falling to 1 or 2 degrees? Iv medax max to go on WB too
