    I was also interested to find out how much the initial preplanning application was likely to cost.The chap in planning who suggested this route was not Ken to pass comment on the likelihood of the application being passed with my putting in the pre planning application initially.Any ideas?

    I’m interested to know if many people have gone down the line of going to replanning with a project,what this initial work cost to have addressed and if anyone passed this part of the process only to lay out£20Kand then have the main planning thrown out and a loss of £20k incurred ?
