Seam roller Flange bearing has collapsed, going to replace both buthaving trouble removing the Hub. Anyone got any tips? Thanks

Just got a Welger RP445, just getting it ready to use, but having trouble threading the net wrap through final 2 rollers (rubber & steel) rollers won't move and have an error on the elink box. Any ideas?
