It floods every year for 3-4 weeks Its around 9 Hectares, I believe you can plough etc up to 2 hectares without EIA submission I believe, if this is the case I think this will be plenty for me I do have soil samples ? Would this show something ?

I think that's the problem I am not claiming BPS and have never claimed. I have an SBI and can get a cph. Will that allow me to apply for grants etc

Ok so just the cph you think A consultant said to apply for a grant in 2024 I needed to claim bps in 2023 all very confusing

Apparently I cant receive the grant at the moment due to being new to the industry , painful I need to be registered with Rural payments which is no longer available and no possibly to register, so waiting for changes via Deffra maybe towards the summer apparently If anyone has any other info...
