You can buy in problems though unless you keep enough gimmers to fill the void

Feed for lambs aside do people find pushing them earlier a more profitable system or do the stragglers bring it down later on. Vet med must be less.

Sorry didn’t mean to be Arsey. It’s always a juggling act, they are fairly understocked when turned out mid April so not overgrazed. Our clay doesn’t warm up early so we need 3-4 weeks with sheep on it really to make it worth bothering.

Well it fits for us. If you can afford to rest it for that long then you have to make the profit per acre up another way.
