40 series powerstar used to be the job for these. Quite a lot of 7610’s were repowered with 7740 engines and went very well indeed.

open both sides of plug and check all wires are connected. if one of the wires becomes disconnected ive seen this happening to mine

When I had issues with 4 clik guns(brand new) I got my neighbours exacts same clik gun that’s ancient and it worked flawlessly 🤦

Silicone grease on the o ring helps make our vaccine guns easier to squeeze and prime, might work on these too?
