I’m 22 and a livestock farm worker but I’m desperate to become a tractor driver as well. I have no experience and wondering how I can go about getting this before getting a job? Would contractors take on someone with little experience?

Just wondering what the going rate for a self employed milker is? I’ve been doing shifts starting at 4am and about 4.5 - 5 hour shifts. Based in South Wales
