    Legs on a Top down

We are getting through a lot of bearings on our top down, does anyone know if this is due to the leg that holds the disc being worn and perhaps letting the dirt into the sealed bearing? If so is the only option to buy new legs? Thank you for any advice

Do I need planning permission to rebuild an old farm building, same size?

Thanks Rob, it is close to a neighbour who we get on well enough with. In a few years we might want to put up a new shed that's 5000 sq ft that comes within our permitted rights - so I'm concerned that this much smaller shed might use up our "free go" with the permitted rights law

Do I need planning permission to rebuild an old farm building, same size?

Hi All I am wanting to knock down and rebuild an old tin shed with a new building. The new build would be exactly the same footprint (1700 sq ft) and same eaves height but very slightly higher ridge. Would I need to submit a prior notification application to the council or just go ahead and do...
