First instinct for me would be to get past, assuming no one hurt, before plod shut the dual carriageway for hours. Not sure the driver would want that dashcam as evidence either..

I just remember the Camgrain/Fengrain partnership of old seemed to set the standard in the days before the big guns ruled the roost as they do today.
