Contact your MP and complain of harassment. All quangos love letters from MP,s it basically shuts them down while everybody involved has to say their piece to give a full and honest, well maybe, answer. Best revenge you can ever take against officialdom and it makes them wary about stirring your cage again due to the work involved for them.
