Willow herb in wosr.....what will kil it?

What can I kill it with pre wheat? Got some on a bean stubble and I remember you saying glyphosate won't touch it. Burdock is the other thing I seem to be getting around field margins. Seems to be a survivor...

glyphosate will touch it but its a funny old plant.

I've tried acidifiers and wetters to better effect but it still pops up. If your looking for an idea of what kills it best I'd say Broadway star isn't bad and carfentrazone is effective. Not sure which other actives give it a nuking (not relavent in osr I know).

Getting decent info on what kills it is difficult as its not classed as an "arable weed" but there must be some good agronomy minds out there who know what works well.

Chekker does it in linseed and wheat.
That's not much help to you, sorry.
It's getting a problem here, need to control it in previous crop to prevent a problem in rape, although I would have thought that rape would give it some serious competition as the rape would get going earlier in spring.

Never appeared in the field before now soi kind of thought we were controlling it

MCPA is the answer in linseed (hopefully again) and cereals but not much good in rape.
It doesnt always completely kill it but keeps it small and twisted and out of harms way.
A mix of starane and mcpa is apparently quite good i am told.
The glypho mcpa mix is good as well but quite dear.
