Well some said UKIP would not last 5 years love or hate them they been tough opposition to the main parties and given them a good smack on the noise
I was never that keen on them yes they sort of forced the cons to say they would have a ref, would the result of the election been much different if they hadn't ? who knows, may have been another coalition

I am and always have been slightly in the "wish we had not been asked" camp

Some were seeing a remain vote/win as a vote to stay "as we are" as regards to the EU this wouldn't have happened even if we had never had a EU ref as the EU is constantly changing anyway, But as we were having a EU ref I think a remain vote would have been far worse than no vote at all, a green light for those that run the EU to do even more "as they like" chance of any reform to what a lot of folk in the UK wanted would have been zero as comoron got nothing but a slap on the face even with a possible vote to leave behind him
Anyway that was part of my decision to vote to leave, would I ever change my mind as to what the right decision was ? yes I may well do [a wise man will change his mind so I will not rule it out] have I changed my mind at the moment ? no

Anyway if like some believe most voted for Brexit because of immigration then as I have said before Blair started it by making the UK the place to come to and Camoron finished it by having the ref UKIP and Farage just pushed it along a bit in the middle

I still find it odd that the EU parliament is so heavily populated by MEP's like UKIP, FN etc that are solely their to undermine and destroy it. A bit like breading Badgers in your cow shed, democracy eh.:dead::whistle:
