The photo was taken In a well decaying cover crop, is any action required or will they not effect spring cereals / beans
I have found them in a similar situation. They can, apparently, nibble on seedling roots but I don't think there are enough of them to cause any meaningful damage.
They are quite common in pot plants apparently.
There is no chemical control. I suppose stubble raking may kill a few by exposing them so they dehydrate.
