Local JD dealer? Bit more of a hassle but surely you will get an exact kit list and an exact price to pay for what you want not just a figure to the nearest couple of £k suggested on here.

That's a very cheap, easy, quick and simple conversion that's also very, very effective and uses the existing hyd valve and components, not sure of your location but yes as suggested your local Deere dealer is the best option and will know exactly what you need.
