That`s how we work, any expenses for fuel etc go through the Club accounts which are freely available to members & landowners.
Hope you have also considered Stewardship schemes as 50 people or more detecting (50 x £12 = £600) on a single holding requires a derogation from Natural England and they require 12 weeks notice.
