So why not £12 to landowner & £8 to charity?
Or 100% to charity if the landowner agrees?
That`s how we work, any expenses for fuel etc go through the Club accounts which are freely available to members & landowners. :)

Hope you have also considered Stewardship schemes as 50 people or more detecting (50 x £12 = £600) on a single holding requires a derogation from Natural England and they require 12 weeks notice. ;)
