Can anyone identify the plant with the long leaves? Goes woody like Heather, what will kill it? Not worried about the clover.

What crop do you want to get it out of? Grass ley? Usually a strong SU like Ally Max will do it in approved cereals. It's not usually a problem in grassland depending on how it is managed. Cutting & grazing normally sorts it out. Not sure of herbicide options in grass. @ollie989898 ?

Could be American Willowherb, they can be quite short.
It does look very much like a Willowherb to me, what colour flowers does it have and what do the seeds or seed pods look like?

I tend to agree, and the picture in my Collins Complete British Wild Flowers shows the narrow, oval, toothed leaves, although says it grows "up to 50cm" ~ guessing that's height at flowering.
Pink flowers that look just like Rosebay willowherb except they're on single stems rather than the Rosebay pyramid of flowers.

Lots of buttercuprtc in field also, can CIMMARON be used with envy?

Very grey area, Cimmaron was a one application per year limit from memory, I personally would not mix them. Decide which weed is most pressing and spray for that first, see what survives. In my experience cimarron is not massively effective on all broad leaved weeds as the dose rate compared to full blown Ally is much much reduced.
