Depends on the lim. Vantastic is a hard calving bull, but their are many top quality easier calving Lims about.

If you look at the figures, don't go for anything with extreme growth (200 or 400 day weight). It is highly correlated to birth weight. This is inversely correlated to calving ease.
Bigger calves at birth grow quicker and are subsequently harder calving. So if you are in any doubt about the integrity of people's 'calving ease' figures - you can look at it another way.
If you are after a Lim bull, I have a good friend with some maternal type Lims in Warwickshire. If you want a bull, I can put you in touch.
I cannot comment for Bazadaise but as I am not sure about what data there is on them.

Bazadaise calves are small boned and that calve easily - then grow like steam .Make a good carcase and k/o percentage is excellent.

True... not always. Curve benders exist but they are not all that common.
