Last Wednesday afternoon some kids set fire to a stack of straw, inside our sheep shed with the sheep inside. and due to start lambing this week.the wife came across the fire all most strait away and ran straight into the building closely followed by a neighbour but were driven back out by the flames and smoke, then the fire men arrived and they managed to get all the sheep out through the flames and dense smoke. I can't say enough about the effort made by every one that day the good news is the police pulled out all the stops and arrested 3 and are looking for some more. I don't know what else to say. It just helps to get it off my chest. Also can i say thank you too all the people who offered help and support!

Only just got the wife out. Thanks to the firemen for stopping her going straight back in. I am so lucky not to be going to a church service next week.

Enormous stack fire near here last week on an old airfield, fortunately straw was being stored for the power station at Sleaford and it was not next to any livestock sheds.5-6000 tonnes went up. Arson.
