John Deere 9780 counter shaft eletric clutch Assembly has got a wobble on and making a vibration. Any body had this

Wobbles like a stick in a bucket when I took the belts off . ( it’s coming off.) As we speak

There’s a cone in the end of the hollow shaft that should center the pulley, check it isn’t worn. Also check the mounting holes in the combine chassis aren’t oval’d out. It can be tight coming out if it’s not had any grease!

Sounds like it’s worked lose, the sensor thing just unscrews out the end.

want you need the bit on the gear box also that will be worn a bit

fixed with a new pulley but the vibration continued so it all got stripped out again shaft out etc gear box out to find the gear case rubber mounts worn through and was rubbing on the combine main frame replaced the rubber bush and it fixed the vibration.
