I havent ever grazed this radish / mustard type stuff , but will hogs fatten on it or just live on it , seem to remember being told it's bitter compared to turnips ?

There are various standards to trimming & butchering at abattoirs, so 5.20 might be good at one, 5.50 may not be enough at another.
But what you dont want are various prices to different customers at the same abbatoir which is what i am wondering here!

I've been told ewes do on it, but I don't think they can fatten lambs on it, I think they're restricted by having something far enough away from rape.

I've found that little SBF lambs do famous on it. Grew like mushrooms, but as they got halfway through it I dropped the hoppers in too make sure they kept going without a transition period when it ran out.

Record high lamb price $380, mutton close to 700c/kg !!! EYCI closing in on new record, but if you can't eat it, forget it - cotton smashed, grains down ..and a property value interview-suprise-it's bullish, especially avacado land at $100k a hectare !! @abclandline #commodities
