How much dung is seen as normal in parlour ? I’m getting what I feel is a lot this year ,
I think I may have some stray voltage as I swore one morning I felt a tingle but could be in my head 🙈

Depends on the time of year. Peak milk seems to be the worst but from then on we typically run 2-10 sh1!s per milking. So that’s under 1%. Was going crazy last night when I had 12. Also we don’t feed in the barn.

Are you feeding more in the parlour this yr compared with last ? He more we feed the more we get depending on how hungry they are.

No same feed in the parlour , I would say I’m getting anywhere from 25%-50% of cows dunging , use to milk many’s an evening without one 🙈

I only get a lot if there is an interruption to the routine.
Like yesterday, had 6 fresh dump cows come in the same row, only 2 dump buckets and the pulsator on one decided to pack up💩💩💩

Anywhere between 1 and 20% here, with in parlour feeders. I find that the more grass they've had the worse they are. As in if you're on 24hour blocks the 1st milking tends to be more 💩
