Donald Trump - views

Another wild prediction - want to bet on it coming true? I don't bet as a rule but don't see this as gambling. You do know the word 'impeach' means, don't you?

It appears it’s happening. Majorie Greene is on record saying that’s what she’s going to do on the 21st. Her interview is online.

Biden’s extremely corrupt so it’s not surprising to be honest. Again there’s recordings of his dodgey deals whilst VP.

Don’t know who Marjorie Green is, but fairly certain it takes more than one person to Impeach a President. Do correct me if I’m wrong.

She is a Qanon absolute Wacho of the highest extremist dangerous type. Who created a fuss when she was made to wear a mask In the chamber and got even more upset when she wasn’t allowed to take her glock(sp) into the chamber.
hopefully if she carries on in the way she has started she may well end up being expelled.

You have just proved a point about being mislead by the media and falling for your own bias, he never said inject bleach, what he said was what if we could take something LIKE bleach that would disinfect the body by killing the virus. The word bleach was a poor choice I agree, but the media grabbed at it to make him look stupid.
An antibiotic does exactly what he suggested we need for covid, for infections, ivomec is meant to do that for viruses

Good chemical ivomec then, a wormer that controls all types of virus. So if we worm cattle it will control virus penemonia?

The 75 million supporters of President Trump are not going away, obviously the proceedings on impeachment are spurious but the left want him banned from running as a candidate in the future either as a Republican or more probably as an independent.

Ah Roger, wondered where you had been.

Now the Policeman who was bashed to death with the fire extinguisher, what would you say to his wife?

Erm no, the proceedings are not "obviously spurious". To an impartial outsider they look a bit tenuous and of marginal benefit but only because of the time until he leaves office. That said, I hope it succeeds as my perception is that the West does not want his "style" of politics (post-truth, if you want a label for it) to prevail.

And as for the left wanting him reoved from running as an independent - can't you see how that would be the best thing ever for the Democrats? It would split the right and give them a massive majority. It's the Republicans that need him gone for good, to give them any chance of getting back in.
Roger P hi, can I ask you a question away from the cut and thrust of the posts in this thread. Your post triggers me to ask as I am intrigued by the '75 million supporters of President Trump'.

What percentage/numbers do you think of the 75 million who voted for Republican with Trump as the Republican President compared to voted Republican irrespective of Trump. I am just interested in your view of Trumps support base as a percentage of the Republican Party. I am conscious that many of the mid west counties voted for Trump/Republican. Intrigued how significant is a base of Trumps view of Republicanism.

Regards

Think there was 21 candidates for President on the Nov ballot. Locally living in a rural area with 50k population I have yet to meet anyone who did not vote for Pres Trump.............maybe democrats vote for the party and its ambitions more so than republicans...?
Look at a county map of the U.S. you will see red coast to coast, rural communities, small towns /small business, farmers and ranchers were for trump across the board.
The party without Trump will enter the wilderness for some time I would guess, they have good people but will have to wait a while, let the dust settle, dealing with 75 million pee'd off citizens is going to be tough to handle...........the dislike of biden is widespread.

Does it kill all viruses? I dont know but there plenty of studies showing it does kill at least some viruses. Would it cure viral pneumonia? Dont know .
But remember viagra was developed as a heart drug not an ED treatment, aspirin was developed for pain relief not to stop strokes or heart attacks.

Could you say why Biden is disliked?

Thank you Roger for your reply. After I made my post I just read an article in todays The Times. Below is a paragraph contained in the article. I think it highlights your comments. Fascinating times.

Statistics suggest Mr Biden won’t be governing one country, but two Americas and two American realities.

The spoils of this new era have not been equally distributed. Mr Biden won less than one in six US counties, fewer than any previous presidential winner. He did, however, win 91 of the largest 100 counties, and those that backed him account for 71 per cent of US GDP, according to the Brookings Institution. They also account for 73 per cent of employment growth and 83 per cent of new businesses over the past decade.

The pattern runs deeper than Democrats dominating big cities and suburbs while Republicans predominate in rural areas. These areas are themselves are more polarised.

Fairly sure I remember you claiming you didn’t ask your friends who they voted for. Hence no surprise you haven’t met any.

No matter what, your little town is a microcosm, I’m sure, and not indicative of the country as a whole.

Asolutely. For me I have moved from believing in Reaganomics and the poll-tax to a much more central position over the years. However there is only two real hard and fast positions I have taken.
1 trump whilst only being the symptom is terrible for his country and the world
And 2 Liverpool are by far the best football team ever!
