The "I`ve got it" thread...

It might have been but symptoms werent like flu really, just real lack of energy and a bad cough, if it was covid it must have mutated since we had it as didnt hear of people dying, guess we will never know.
The death rate from Covid to date is 2.7 per 10 thousand people, so if Covid was about then you'd be unlikely to hear of deaths anyways.

It's the hospitalisations causing the grief
Yes. I would be interested to see results from countries that are rolling out home treatment kits vs those countries which are relying on hospital treatment.

Interestingly while some countries are rolling these kits out, the NZ government has banned the importation of them.

It might have been, it would be interesting to see if any samples taken from those Ill around xmas19 and still available could be tested now to see. There was certainly one from that time in france

We;re running tests on this product on tff
I've been trying to buy some human ivermectin pills, they were commonly available for treating worms and scabies and could be bought over the counter with a Pharmacists approval, how ever since May they have been banned from sale in NZ. One has to ask the question why, after years of sale, would the government ban the sale of a product that shows promise in the treatment of a global pandemic? No wonder the conspiracy theorists are getting hot under the collar.

Yes, it's utterly bizarre. It does look like senior national leaderships of wealthy countries are sewn into a deal with big pharma companies to buy relentless annual supplies of the vaccine and existing drugs that are more effective at actually killing the virus rather than ameliorating its effects (like the vaccines) are verboten.

The wild, barren, beautiful Erris peninsula in Mayo, west coast of Ireland, thinly populated, had practically zero Covid pre Christmas. Then a number of locals living in SE England came home for Christmas. Socialised no doubt. Some of them were carrying the so called UK variant.
Today this area has one of the highest concentrations of Covid on the island and 95% are the UK variant.
Make no mistake, this virus is very, very transmissible, and most likely with each mutation, it will get even more so.
Also it appears, that the death rate and serious complication rate from this variant is higher than the previous more “standard” version.
Be careful out there ....

Yep.
Was in the population already before it became news.
428 randomly selected samples, 5 from 2019 and 5 from early 2020 (after it became news) tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.
More work to be done on the DNA structure to confirm it matches Wuhan.
If you think about it - it is normal for a virus to get a few hosts and then disappear and mostly we don't notice it too much - one might almost call it flu. Every now and then they mutate and become a bit more than plain oridnary flu. So not really a surprise TBH, there was a virus, it spread a bit.

Then the thing that no-one expected it did a "Spanish Flu" thing and instead of mutating out of existance mutated into very catchting and somewhat deadly virus.

All viruses mutate mostly they die out - this one didn't.

Absolute waste of time and what's more the widespread use of antibiotics like that is extremely foolhardy.

As I have said before, in many foreign countries you can buy all sorts of medication straight over the counter, virtually no questions asked.

As a refresher, or for those that don't know. Covid 19 can kill in more than just the regular pneumonia route. Covid-19 can trigger a cytokine storm in people (basically a massive and very serious autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks your own organs), or trigger coagulopathies in people- i.e blood clots. It is worth noting that people infected with covid may show symptoms such as GI upset and that their faeces may contain large viral loads so everyone needs to be especially careful using communal toilets (don't flush without the lid down as flushing can aerosolize particles which you then breathe in or touch later on surfaces).

The current evidence would suggest the use of Ivermectin along with zinc is extremely successful, but I guess only time will tell.

Send them your findings :)

I tried to find a UK trial back in December but couldn't which is partly why I went ahead with dosing myself.

I really don't understand why the delay in the UK for using ivermectin when it is shown to work in India, Egypt, Iran, Mexico and it's already licensed for use in humans and has been for 40 years. You'd almost think the government want to create a huge crisis for the NHS and an economic and social catastrophe.
