I’ve had both my usual fat stock auctioneers tell me the same thing this week. Just keep feeding them, we’ll let you know when too offload. 👍👍

I had trouble believing people didn’t know JE, but I’m proper surprised everyone hasn’t come across Tony! A proper gentleman rogue!! 😁

costing a bit to keep fed is issue with creep at £300+ a ton and minimal access to barley this year . at least the grass is coming , just put in a stand of red/ white clover (and a biggish bag of 5 year old lucerne we found in back of shed ) which will help in a few weeks .

This is very true. I was talking hoggs on corn lot less than £300+ creep. I’d cry if I had too pay that for corn. 😢

if they put 2kg on and go back up 20p it should be right though

I had a bbx limmy bullock got out of a field on the way back to see his Mam that I had just weaned, he got interested on some nice patio doors he could see his reflection in on route. The owners were in bed he let himself in did a few hundred laps around the living room they sat there upstairs thinking they were being burgled for a few hours I went past and seen ingrams moving them out today 🤨🤨
It’s alright. Took us 40 minutes too find them. Then a whistle stop tour of 5 gardens and back into the wood, smashed straight through the fence in another place and back into their field. It’s the Holstein bullock I’ve got running with the heifers that thinks it’s a b@stard racehorse!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
