Completely agree, they'll be the first shouting about how hard life is and the ones with all the latest tech, including private phones that cost £80 odd a month which they simply cannot cope without otherwise ordering their takeaways... on delieroo etc... would involve a phone call!

Why?
this is a true fact, lard arses everywhere, best diet for anybody is eat healthy and in moderation, exercise, plus hard work ain’t killed anybody,

This is correct.
Which is why obesity and the cost of living crisis are entwined rather than directly related.
The economy wants/ needs people to pay for their food to be grown, prepared, cooked and delivered cheaply.
The environment and society would be much better off if we all used the local butcher, baker and grocer but there are huge vested interests in not letting that happen. It's not the individual that's entirely to blame.

So true, the main thing for society going wrong is Money!!! Everything is linked to money 💵, supermarkets have won on selling and dictating what food should look like, price etc, then all the preservatives in it, a potato’s or carrots covered in soil, come on deliver don’t do them,

Its not really that simple.

If you are poor and fat and have had poor education you may have already had a history of making bad decisions or people making bad decisions on your behalf. You are not all of a sudden going to be making better decisions with better food, you are likely to make even more bad decisions in desparation and buy even worse quality versions of the same food (bread based processed food).

So I think I'm not offended but I think you are lacking compassion and a bit nasty.

Why do journalists portray the energy price cap aa a target for energy consumption rather than setting out how to avoid fuel poverty by thinking about wearing a few more layers and turning the healing down?
Why is it always some grossly overweight parent moaning about how they have had to miss meals so they can feed their kids? Many look like they have eaten the kids.
